Why AI Agent Managers will replace Project Managers

Project Managers were built for humans. But your next team is not human.
AI agents execute 24/7. With speed, scale, and zero ego.

But they still need direction.

• Clear prompts.
• Smart workflows.
• Fast feedback loops.

That’s where Agent Managers come in. They:
→ know the tools
→ create the flow
→ coordinate multiple agents in real time

It’s not about managing people anymore. It’s about managing intelligence. And those who learn it first will lead the future.
